Vehicle Source & Pricing
All vehicles offered for sale are bank-repossessed vehicles. These vehicles were returned to the bank or financial institution after the previous owner was unable to continue loan payments. As a result, they are offered at more affordable prices.
Each vehicle is sold for the exact remaining loan balance owed by the previous owner at the time of repossession. Pricing is set by the bank or financial institution and is not subject to negotiation.
Title and Vehicle Condition
All vehicles come with a clean title and are in good working condition with no known mechanical issues at the time of sale.

To ensure buyer confidence and peace of mind, we provide a 90-day limited warranty on all vehicles.
Business Model Disclosure
Please note that we are not a traditional car dealership. We work directly with banks and financial institutions to facilitate the sale of their repossessed vehicles.
All vehicles are bank-owned and are stored at bank or financial institution facilities, not at a public dealership or lot. For this reason, in-person viewings are not available.
Purchase & Delivery Process
Once a vehicle is selected, we handle the purchase process directly with the bank or financial institution on the buyer’s behalf and arrange delivery to the buyer’s specified location.
Delivery timelines typically range between 1 to 3 months, which reflects the standard processing time required by banks and financial institutions to finalize each transaction.
Payment Refund & Chargebacks
Once payment has been completed, buyers may request a refund or chargeback within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
After 24 hours, refunds or chargebacks will no longer be permitted. This is because funds are forwarded to the bank or financial institution on the buyer’s behalf, and the bank will have initiated the official vehicle purchase and documentation process.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including the refund and chargeback policy.
