Refund Policy
Once payment has been completed, buyers may request a refund or chargeback within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
After 24 hours, refunds or chargebacks will no longer be permitted. This is because funds are forwarded to the bank or financial institution on the buyer’s behalf, and the bank will have initiated the official vehicle purchase and documentation process.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including the refund and chargeback policy.
Return Policy
We do offer a return policy. You’ll have a 30 day inspection period after delivery to review the vehicle, and if it does not meet your expectations, we can proceed with a return and issue a full refund of your payment in accordance with our policy.
